3. User Accounts

• Order acceptance is at the chef's discretion

Service Fees

Homekich charges service fees to cover platform operations, payment processing, and customer support. These fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement for a full refund
• Cancellations after 30 minutes are subject to chef approval
• Late cancellations may incur charges to compensate the chef
• No refunds for orders already in preparation or delivered

Chef Cancellations

If a chef cancels your order, you will receive a full refund and we will help you find an alternative meal option when possible.

Quality Issues

If you experience quality issues with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will investigate and provide appropriate resolution, which may include refunds or credits.

• Home chefs are responsible for food safety and preparation standards
• Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution
• We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation environments
• Report any food safety concerns immediately
• Seek medical attention if you experience allergic reactions

7. Home Chef Requirements

Home chefs using our platform must:

• Comply with local health and safety regulations
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses where required
• Maintain clean and safe food preparation environments
• Provide accurate descriptions of their offerings
• Communicate clearly with customers about orders
• Deliver orders within agreed timeframes

• Disputes between customers and chefs
• Food allergies or adverse reactions

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
